Latics' top scorer Craig Davies could face England alongside colleague Neal Eardley later this week.

The 14-goal hitman has been called into Brian Flynn's Welsh Under-21 squad as an over-age player ahead of the clash with Stuart Pearce's Three Lions on Thursday (May 15, KO 7.30pm).

Davies was initially on stand-by for inclusion but has now been called up to a strong squad alongside Eardley.  Both players have represented the senior side this season.

The game, which will take place at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground, will be screen live on Sky Sports 2.
